Waterjet-Cut Steel Letters and Digital Printing on Transparent Film

For La Bordée de Tribord, we executed precise waterjet cutting of steel letters, finished with durable powder coating for long-lasting protection. Additionally, we produced high-definition digital prints on transparent film, applied onto inclined wooden slats, which added significant complexity to the installation process.

This specific setup required advanced technical expertise to ensure perfect alignment, secure fastening, and flawless visual impact despite the uneven, angled wooden surfaces. The letters were mounted using metric threaded fasteners and adhesive directly onto the wood, in close collaboration with the local teams.

The final result combines robustness, aesthetics, and seamless integration within this unique architectural environment.
