Full Truck Cabin Wrap Installation

As part of this project, we carried out a full vinyl wrap on a truck cabin using the premium Avery Dennison Supreme Wrapping Film.

Surface Preparation

All surfaces were thoroughly cleaned and degreased to ensure optimal adhesion of the vinyl. This step is essential for achieving a long-lasting and high-quality finish.

Vinyl Application

The adhesive film was carefully applied and then 3D thermoformed to perfectly follow the curves and contours of the cabin. A heat gun was used to set the vinyl, helping to lock it in place and eliminate any memory of shrinkage.

Finishing Touches

Every edge of the vinyl was neatly tucked behind each surface, enhancing the resistance to peeling and shrinkage over time. This attention to detail ensures a flawless and durable result.

Warranty

The film used comes with a manufacturer’s warranty of over 10 years, reflecting its exceptional quality and durability.
